Publishing & Mobile App

TongFlow lets you publish workflows publicly so anyone can run them—including you, on your phone. This guide covers making workflows public and using the mobile app for execution.

Why Publish?

How to Publish

  1. Open your workflow in the Workflow Studio
  2. Click the workflow title menu (top-left)
  3. Select Publish Settings
  4. Toggle Public to ON
  5. Optionally add:
    • Description
    • Category tags
    • Cover image

What Gets Published

When you publish:

  • ✅ Workflow structure and nodes
  • ✅ Node configurations
  • ✅ Description and metadata
  • ❌ Your personal materials (not included)
  • ❌ Generated outputs (not included)

Get the TongFlow app:

  • iOS: App Store
  • Android: Coming soon

Finding Your Workflows

After logging in with the same account:

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to My Workflows tab
  3. Your published workflows appear automatically
  4. Private workflows sync if you have edit access

Running Workflows on Mobile

  1. Tap a workflow to open it
  2. The app opens in Execute Mode by default
  3. Fill in any required inputs:
    • Type text in text fields
    • Tap to upload images from camera/gallery
    • Select options from dropdowns
  4. Tap Run
  5. Watch progress in real-time
  6. View and save results

Mobile-Optimized Features

The app is designed for quick execution:

  • Camera integration: Capture photos directly as input
  • Gallery access: Select existing images/videos
  • Push notifications: Get notified when long tasks complete
  • Offline queue: Queue tasks for when you’re back online
  • Quick share: Share results directly to other apps

Example Use Case

Workflow: Text → Image → Video

  1. On Desktop (Design Mode):

    • Create a workflow: Text prompt → Image generation → Animate to video
    • Test and refine until perfect
    • Publish the workflow
  2. On Mobile (Execute Mode):

    • Open the published workflow
    • Type in your idea: “A cat playing piano”
    • Tap Run
    • Get a notification when your video is ready
    • Share directly to social media

Discovering Workflows

Browse publicly published workflows:

  1. Open the app or web gallery
  2. Browse by category:
    • Digital Human
    • Art & Design
    • Video Creation
    • And more…
  3. Preview workflow descriptions
  4. Tap to run or clone to your account

Running Others’ Workflows

When you run a public workflow:

  • Uses your credits for AI operations
  • Results save to your materials
  • Original creator’s data stays private

Cloning Workflows

Want to customize a public workflow?

  1. Open the workflow
  2. Tap Clone to My Workflows
  3. A copy is created in your account
  4. Edit freely in Design Mode

Tips for Publishers

Make Workflows User-Friendly

  1. Clear naming: Use descriptive workflow names
  2. Document inputs: Explain what each input expects
  3. Set defaults: Provide example values where possible
  4. Test on mobile: Verify the experience on a phone
  5. Write descriptions: Help users understand what the workflow does

Promoting Your Workflows

  • Share links on social media
  • Include in your portfolio
  • Link from your website or blog
  • Create demo videos showing outputs

Security & Privacy

Your Data is Safe

  • Published workflows don’t include your materials
  • Other users can’t see your generation history
  • Running a workflow uses the runner’s credits, not yours

Unpublishing

To make a workflow private again:

  1. Open workflow settings
  2. Toggle Public to OFF
  3. Existing links will stop working
